First and last day of holiday
The villa is normally available after 4pm local time on the day of arrival. The property should be vacated by midday of departure. (Unless otherwise agreed with us.)
Alterations
We will try to accomodate any reasonable changes to your booking (without commitment or obligation) up until your payment of the final balance
Availability
This villa is not available for groups comprising less than 2 adults (21 years or over)
Only the persons listed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property.
Please do not smoke either inside or outside the villa area.
Pets are not permitted
Cleaning
Please keep the villa clean. The property is thoroughly cleaned before you arrive.
Force Majeur
The owner does not accept any responsibility, consequential or other, if any of the following conditions affect your stay at their property: strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, closure of airports, weather activity or any other circumstances outside their direct control.
Owners liability
The owner does not accept liability for accident, injury, death or consequential loss resulting from the use of their property and any of its facilities. If, prior to the commencement of any contracted booking and for any unimaginable reason the rental property was to become unavailable, then the owner will immediately notify the renter and use their best endeavours to find suitable and acceptable alternative accommodation. If this proved to be impossible then the owner undertakes to affect an immediate and full refund of all the monies paid to him by the renter. The owner specifically decline any other or additional responsibility or liability to the renter, consequential or otherwise.
Complaints
In the very unlikely event you are not happy and have any cause for complaint about the villa, then, as the renter, you have an obligation to immediately notify the owner to allow every reasonable opportunity to rectify the problem without delay. The owner can not be expected to recognize or take any responsibility for a complaint not immediately notified to him.
Cancellation
We strongly recommend that holiday insurance is taken out at the time of booking.
The initial booking deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
The renter should look to his/her holiday insurance to reimburse any losses caused by cancellation after the balance payment has been made.
The full rental cost must be paid 30 days prior to commencement of the rental. The owner reserves the right to consider the booking cancelled if full payment has not been received by this date.
