Please ensure you read the terms and conditions. A booking confirms dates and prices. In other respects the owner reserves the right to make other changes.
A non-refundable deposit of GBP300 (US$400, €400) and a security deposit will be charged with your final invoice. (Please see terms and conditions for amount)
Booking requests will be held for 14 days to allow time for the deposit to be sent to the owner. If the deposit is not received after that time the allocated dates will be made available for rental again.

Please make cheques for the deposit payable to Keith Fletcher and send to the address given when the booking is provisionally agreed on. Bank details can be provided if you wish to undertake a bank transfer.
